Caution - no phone support

I set up the units following instructions. No Ethernet connection. After several attempts over several hours to contact the manufacturer's phone support for retail purchases (719-884-7441), I conclude the phone support does not exist. "You have reached ScreenBeam Residential Support, all agents are unavailable to take your call at the moment. Please visit residential.screenbeam.com/supporterscreenbeam.com and locate other support options for your product." The AI Chat didn't provide a solution. Unfortunately, I will be returning the units to B&H.
