No, the Sony XLR-H1 XLR Handle Unit, is designed specifically for the Sony FX3 and FX30, and at this time, is only compatible with these 2 cameras.

No, the Sony XLR-H1 XLR Handle Unit's XLR inputs/audio control interface can not be disconnected from the rest of the top handle.
