Dual Recording/Streaming Output Modes
- In Recording mode, AD5 outputs stereo audio (left channel and right channel).
- In Streaming mode, AD5 outputs mono audio (both left channel).
Dual Monitoring Mode
- In Direct monitoring mode, the AD5 will route the audio signals from the mic preamps directly to the monitor outputs and headphones with zero latency.
- In Input monitoring mode, audio signals from the mic preamps will be routed to the DAW software and then to the monitor outputs and headphones with mixed audio, which will cause a delay in monitoring.
Loopback Mode for Streaming and Podcasting
- In Loopback mode you can capture audio from any phone, software, browser, game, or Zoom call and send them to your DAW.
Long Battery Life for Portability
- The built-in rechargeable battery offers 6 hours of operation. Alternately, the AD5 can also be powered via USB.
