Shure MV7X Reviews
Was going to return it but....
We wanted to upgrade our microphones and after research picked this one. The plosives were terrible! The mic sounded fine otherwise but our cheaper mic's sounded better albeit with external pop filters. I saw three videos on youtube stating you needed to throw the windscreens that come with this mic away and buy the replacement windscreen that comes with the more expensive version of shure mic's as they fit this one. Problem solved! Now I can say I like it and have to wonder why Shure doens't just charge a little more and include the better windscreen!
What echo?
I'm so glad we chose to go with this mic. The amount of echo it cuts out is amazing and has raised the level of our podcast substantially. I would definitely recommend this to others looking to do the same.
