Kentmere Pan 100 120 Reviews
A good film for general photography
Pan 100 offers good tonal balance with good black contrast. As a low cost alternatevie to Ilford's Dleta 100 the gain is comparable. Pan 100 is less grainy that an 200 or 400. I use both ID-11 (1:1) and Rodinal (1:50) for low grain and sharp images.
Nice Traditional Film
Shot A Few Rolls Of This Film Through A Hasselblad And A Rollie. I Gave It About A Half Stop More Exposure Than Its' Box Speed And Processed It In Microdol-X. Nice Grain Structure, Tonal Range And Sharpness. Did Not Scan The Negatives, Printed Them In My Darkroom On Iford Paper In Dektol. I'm A Very Old Pro And Only Use That Newfangled Digital Stuff For Certain Jobs. It Certainly Is A Good Film And Is Few Bucks Less Than Iflord's FP4 And Only Slightly Slower If That Is A Concern For You.
