Does this camera have a port for a PC Sync Cord for studio lights? If not, what do u recommend?
Asked by: Susan
The Sony A7IV does not have a PC sync port. I wireless flash trigger such as this Vello would be recommended instead: https://bhpho.to/3szS3FZ In my opinion the Vello trigger is a better option even for cameras that have a PC sync port because it is safer and no cable gets in the way.

is there a timelapse present?
Asked by: Roma
The camera does have the Interval Shoot Func. that will allow you to manually make your own timelapse. If you're looking for a way to make Timelapses (and not have to convert images to a video) alternatively you can use S&Q mode to make short timelapses in camera.

Would this be a good camera to use the aps c mode
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes, the Sony a7 IV Mirrorless Camera (B&H# SOA74) allows for use in cropped (APS-C) mode both during video and still shooting. That cropping increases the effective focal length by 50%, something that video shooters in particular will especially appreciate.
