The Synco Mic-D2 Hypercardioid Shotgun Microphone and 10' XLR Cable kit from B&H outfits you with a shotgun mic with sharpened frontal focus and a 10' long XLR cable to utilize it in boom applications. The Mic-D2 features a lightweight construction, windscreen, and mic holder for integration onto a boom pole. The XLR cable features both a male and female Neutrik XX silver connector and can extend the mic's connection up to 10' to a recorder or mixer.
