I have tried to get this keyboard to work with my new iPad that I bought from you. It Bluetooth connects, but when I type some the letters don’t work. I received both items yesterday. It didn’t come with a user manual so I’ve looked online to find it. I’ve tried everything that I could find to get this to work, but I don’t know if something is wrong with it or I’m doing something wrong.
Hi Marshall! When you connect the Bluetooth to your iPad, it should prompt you to type in a numeric pairing code in order to successfully start working. Try the pairing process again by forgetting the keyboard in the Bluetooth settings and then initiating it again. Hope that helps!
