Perfect for UFX
Purchased as a speculative fix for my ufx and it worked! Incredibly easy to install, too!
If your Fireface dies, this will fix it.
If your Fireface dies, this will fix it - most likely. No instructions supplied, but fairly obvious once opened. To open the unit: 8 screws on top, 4 screws on bottom sides - no need to do the four screws on bottom front attaching the face to the frame, 2 screws on each rack ear. Inside, 4 screws and washers attaching power supply to frame, 2 plugs on power supply. Should take about 15 minutes to do. Take care with the small screws that can strip easily - find a small pointy Phillips driver and apply good downward force to keep the blade in the screw until it breaks loose. I found that my Swiss Army knife driver worked pretty well.
