Battery Didn’t Attach to Light

The battery station wouldn’t affix to the tube as intended. Customer service was slow and I was questioned several times on my competence using the equipment, though I am an experienced gaffer and explained thoroughly what the issue was and that I have never had any issues with the equipment in the past. Never had any issues with B&H prior, but this process has been very frustrating. Still waiting on a resolution.
