Delivering broadcast-quality communications between studios, offices, or different parts of a facility in a flush, desktop form factor, the AVN-TB6D from Sonifex is a six-button, six-channel talkback intercom control unit using RAVENNA and AES67 powered AoIP communications for efficient transport and wide compatibility. Each of the six channels can be configured to provide communications with remote networked units, and a configurable page function can access selected units with priority over standard intercom calls.
Using the monitor channel, you can route audio from an AoIP source to headphones or speakers, such as IFB feeds or off-air transmissions, and a user configurable GPIO system with 10 physical and 10 virtual ports can be used to control local or networked units and drive outputs as selected states change. An easy-to-use built-in webserver delivers setup and control capabilities and an Ember+ interface gives access to the same configuration options as well as providing remote control and monitoring duties of the GPIO ports.
