What is the actual speed of reading and writing ...

What is the actual speed of reading and writing of this drive. I know the interface is USB 3, but that only determines how fast the interface can transfer data, not how fast the chips and software on the drive can read/write. Has anyone actually tested it? PNY? B&H?
