Simple item, made by DJI, so it's OEM. It's nice to have an extra, if you might use more than 1 camera on your Ronin gimble. I leave one on both of my cameras, which was the point of getting an extra.

No, the plate for the DJI RS3 Mini will not work with the RS2 or RS3, and RS3 Pro gimbals. The DJI RS2 works with an Arca plate style. The correct plate for the DJI RS2 is listed below.
