Some friends accidentally lost a connector part for the cross-pole for my Savage backdrop stand, and even after contacting Savage and getting a FREE last-one-they-had connector from them (THANK YOU SAVAGE!!), it was not the connector I needed. At the time, B&H was out of the part (as were other outlets). When B&H informed me the replacement cross-pole was back in stock, I immediately ordered it.
