The Cinema C5 Matte Box Starter Kit from NiSi is a lightweight, clamp-on matte box system that supports 4 x 4" and 4 x 5.6" filters. Crafted for cinema-style production applications, the C5 works in concert with NiSi's cinema line of filters and 4 x 4" rotating circular filters. Built from plastic, aluminum, and carbon fiber, the matte box has a carbon fiber top flag for better control over glare from overhead light sources.

The NiSi Cinema C5 Matte Box Starter Kit weighs 13.4 oz (380g). The NiSi Cinema C5 Matte Box Starter Kit will not likely be able to mount to lenses with a 95mm filter thread, as the filter thread is found inside the lens, where as the 95mm clamp if intended to use with lenses that have a 95mm (external) diameter.

The NiSi Cinema C5 Matte Box Starter Kit would not support the 114mm size of Canon CN-E lenses. However, the SmallRig Revo-Arcane Lightweight Multifunctional Modular Matte Box Basic Bundle (B&H # SM3641) could work. The matte box has a 114mm opening, making it compatible with 114mm lens diameters.
