Will I get vignetting if I stack multiple filters? Should I get a size larger than my lens to avoid that?
Asked by: Xavier
It depends how wide the lens is. If you are using very wide lens such as 16mm on a full frame camera the more filters you stack from the Kase KW Revolution Professional ND Kit (82mm) the more likely you are too get vignetting. That Kase filter kit does have an inlaid adapter ring, that helps to reduce vignetting if the lens is not super wide, for example 28mm on full frame. But even in 28mm if you stack too many filters you may get vignetting. If you are planning on stacking multiple filters on a wide lens it is better to get a filter holder as that allows you to use 100mm wide filters, and that will reduce the chance of vignetting like this Nisi V7. https://bhpho.to/36m5ssY

What matte box would you recommend to use with these filters on a fx30?
Asked by: Manuel
As the filters in the Kase KW Revolution Professional ND Kit (82mm) are screw-on magnetic filters, they would not work well in conjunction with a matte box.

what are the differences between the KASE ...

what are the differences between the KASE Revolution and Wolverine filter lines?
Asked by: Nicholas
Here are 3 main improvements in Revolution: 1. The front Ring is threaded so you can place a conventional pinch lens cap on it, you cannot with Wolverine, indeed you can screw a conventional filter on top of it if you so desire. 2. The Revolution filters are color coded to make them easy to find in your camera bag. 3. Revolution has the optional inlaid adapter, which screws down inside the lens's filter ring instead of staying on top. Wolverine won't work with the inlaid adapter. Every Revolution set comes with the 2 adapters, conventional & inlaid. Most Revolution individual filters just have a conventional adapter, except for R-MCUV which has both.
