Too heavy for what it is, all features don't work

This is a great idea, but as with almost all multipurpose tools, it does a lot of things but none of them very well. There are several things I don't like about it: 1) I can't get it to unfold to be a cart. There is a latch which does move, but no position of it allows the cart to unfold. 2) The fixed casters are located too high on the vertical part for a handtruck load to balance. You are carrying the full load when using it as a handtruck. 3) The steps are a good idea, but as a 200 pound person they feel very iffy. Seeing the load rating at 200 pounds is also concerning when I have to lift something while on the cart. 4) The square bumpers at the bottom are too far outboard, and get in the way as well as making the cart needlessly wide. 5) The folding flap at the bottom that is the lifting part of the handtruck feature seems too flimsy if I were needing to tilt something weighing 200 pounds, which is not an impossible situation to be in. I wanted it to fill my needs but a dedicated handtruck along with a dedicated stepstool will be stronger, work better, and I think be lighter weight overall. Sorry. Like I said, I really wanted to like this.
