Initial installation was just plugging USB into PC. Tried to Access Enterprise Email and got nowhere. Read the review about installing Root Certificates and once that was completed, everything worked with no issues.

Works fine

Not sure what's up with these other two reviewers ... I plugged it in, installed the DOD root certs from DISA and was able to access CAC-enabled features without even installing any drivers or whatever. It just worked right out of the box. Windows 10 laptop.
