This PDS-4K UHD 4K HDMI and 12G-SDI Presentation Switcher with Dante Audio and DisplayPort 1.2 Input Card from Barco bundles together an intuitive HDMI/SDI switcher and input card expansion for increased connectivity and audio embedding capabilities. The PDS-4K switcher itself has six HDMI 2.0 and two 12G-SDI inputs as well as four HDMI 2.0 and four 12G-SDI outputs capable of supporting UHD 4K video at 60 Hz with a latency of just 2 frames. The included input card inserts into the switcher and adds two DisplayPort 1.2 ports to pass video and embedded audio to the switcher's outputs and embed/de-embed Dante network audio.
The switcher is best suited for midsized events like seminars or boardroom applications thanks to its number of video inputs and outputs. It's even capable of showing two live inputs simultaneously via PiP. Control of the bundle can be achieved via the switcher's onboard buttons or using the Ethernet port with WebUI software. The whole system is easily installed in your preexisting space thanks to the included installation hardware and power cables.
