The Leica 384 x 288 Calonox SE Clip-On Thermal Monocular attaches to the front of most riflescopes and allows the shooter to "see" game obscured by darkness. Using a thermal sensor with a 17µ pixel size, the Calonox SE can detect targets nearly 2200 yards away, and displays the image on a 1024 x 768 OLED display. The large field of view allows the hunter to monitor the surroundings at all times, thus providing additional safety. The Calonox Sight SE is compatible with most riflescopes using the appropriate, separately sold Rusan adapter, which threads onto the Calonox SE and clamps onto the objective end of the scope.
