Add a eufyCam 3 4K UHD Add-On Wireless Security Camera from eufy Security to a eufyCam 3 camera kit that includes a HomeBase 3 base station. The camera kit provides an indoor/outdoor surveillance monitoring solution for your home. This add-on 4K UHD camera features an integrated solar panel for power, night vision functionality, a motion-activated spotlight that provides illumination for recording full color video and deterrence of unwanted activity, a built-in speaker and microphone for two-way audio, and a siren to keep intruders and unwanted guests at bay.

I purchased these for my home security. Everything was working well until one of the cameras went offline. No damage, no nothing just completely dead. I charged it for days, and still nothing. I tried reaching out for warranty and they kept giving me the run around. They had all the information they needed from order number to date and transaction but it wasn’t enough to help. I won’t be purchasing this brand again.

installation was very simple and to pier the cameras to the main box and the wireless and solar stripes are wonderful. Well worth the money. : )

Does this eufyCam record directly to the hub hdd through the router or does it require internet?

The eufy Security eufyCam 3 4K UHD Wireless Security Camera Kit comes with the Homebase 3, and the cameras Wi-Fi signal is provided by they Homebase 3 allowing each camera to work as distances of 400ft (Line of sight) However, you will need to have internet access to work with the kit.

The eufy Security eufyCam 3 4K UHD Wireless Security Camera Kit BH #EUT88711W1 will not perform both functions simultaneously.as far as we can determine. Be sure to have a fast internet connection above 100 Mbps to avoid latency issues during live streaming/viewing.

No, to use the eufy Security eufyCam S330 4K UHD Wireless Security Four-Camera Kit, the cameras need to connect directly to the HomeBase 3, not to your main Wi-Fi router.

If your camera is more than 30 feet away from the hub will you need a wifi extender & what is a good router for system?

The eufy Security eufyCam S330 4K UHD Wireless Security Four-Camera Kit (BH # EUT88731W1) works best when the HomeBase 3 is within 30' of the router. The actual range will vary depending on a number of factors such as the thickness of walls, obstacles inside the house, and the location of the HomeBase. In theory, the HomeBase can be 50' from the Wi-Fi router. The cameras' Wi-Fi signal is provided by the HomeBase 3, allowing each camera to work at distances of 400' (line of sight). The HomeBase 3 may also be connected directly to the internet router via an Ethernet cable for the best reliable data-stream. Below is a recommended Wi-Fi range extender: TP-Link RE650 AC2600 Wi-Fi Range Extender (BH # TPRE650: https://bhpho.to/4neLO4n)
