The Cambo PCS PCS Heavy-Duty Controlled Geared Head is a geared head designed for ease of use with heavy and large format cameras weighing up to 44 lb in studio environments. Both the bottom and top platforms are capable of full 360º rotation, while the top also features a click indication every 90º and allows for panoramic shooting after leveling. This head possesses a wide tilt range, 30º backwards to 90º forward and 45º left to 90º right, so it can fit your needs for exact positioning. The cranks are removable, making for simpler transportation and packing.
The controls maintain precision while still being large enough to be handled easily, even when on a stand with heavy or bulky cameras mounted. All of the head's geared movements self-lock and remain usable in any position. Additional features like laser-engraved degree marks and the inclusion of four bubble levels allow for consistent, precise performance. This head's clamp is Arca-type compatible, and the included quick release plate uses a 1/4"-20 mounting screw as well as a safety lock to ensure secure mounting.
