The bracket has a 1.5" wide channel into which the stand's riser slides. The bracket can hold five C-Stands with grip arms attached, and six stands without the arm. A handy feature is the D-ring on either side of the unit for an optional bungee cord to keep the stands tight against each other.

Build quality on this is excellent. Seems to be the least expensive option as well. I mounted it on a 1x4 so that I could more evenly disperse the weight since it was going on drywall. If you're installing on brick or concrete, it's not necessary, but I would definitely recommend the extra step for drywall.
