TP-Link Archer T2UB Nano Reviews
Not good
The replacement was no better than original. Could not use
Works fine once you get the driver installed properly
This dongle has 2 radios that can work at the same time: Bluetooth and Wifi. The bluetooth driver installed without any issue. The wifi driver was a different story. For some reason, the driver signature is not valid so Windows 7 refuses to run it. It seems like TP Link is aware of this issue and they give instructions to get around the problem. However, the solution that they direct you to on their website did not work for me. After a loooong time on the customer service chat I was directed to download a driver from Realtek's site. Apparently this item has Realtek guts. That driver worked. Another thing to note is that while this wifi adapter can work on 2.4 and 5Ghz channels, it cannot do so at the same time. So you have to make sure that your router wifi settings and this dongle's settings match. If your router is broadcasting signals on multiple bands, this dongle will have trouble connecting to it. I wanted to connect to the 5ghz channel with this card but I have some devices that need a 2.4ghz channel. For those, I enabled an IoT network on my router. So after a lot of figuring and learning, I finally got this card to work for me.
