No, the Shure PA805DB-RSMA Dual-Band Passive Directional Antenna for GLX-D+ Wireless (2.4, 5.8 GHz) is not compatible for use with either the Shure PGXD4 Digital Wireless Receiver or the Shure BLX4R Wireless Receiver. The PGXD4 has fixed antennas (not removable) and it operates on the 900 MHz band, and the BLX4F operates on the UHF band, so the antenna will not work with either of these receivers since it is specifically for the GLX-D+ series receivers which operate on the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequency bands.
