Icron USB 1.1 Rover 1850 Single Port Extender

Extend USB 1.1 connections up to 279' via Cat 5e, Cat 6, or Cat 7 cables using the USB 1.1 Rover 1850 Single Port Extender from Icron. This extender is compatible with devices that include keyboards, mice, game controllers, interactive whiteboards, and more, all via plug-and-play, which means that no other drivers are required. This set is made up of two units—a Local Extender (LEX) and a Remote Extender (REX). Standard USB cables are used to connect the LEX to your host system, while the remote USB device is connected to the REX unit. Cat 5e/6/7 cabling is used to connect the LEX to the REX. The REX also provides up to 400mA of power to connected devices.
