B&H does not stock this stand to check however going on other stands the footprint diameter should be roughly 45" but because the manufacture does not publish the footprint diameter this may be a bit more or less. It is just an estimate.

The Sirui Carbon Fiber Air-Cushioned Light Stand (9.2') BH #SICFACLS92 is rated for 22lbs. As long as you properly counterbalance the boom and the total load does not exceed the stands load limit then you should be fine.
