Will this work with a Panasonic FRZ 50 HdBaseT built in receiver? Thanks.

There is an RJ45 port on the Comprehensive Pro AV/IT Integrator Series HDMI & USB-C UHD 4K Wall Plate Extender but it is not HDBaseT compatible.
