It features an 8-step counterbalance to adjust the head for use with loads ranging from 0 to 44 lb; the counterbalance also has a zero setting. Pan and tilt are independently adjustable, and each has eight steps of drag, plus the zero setting for completely free movement, such as whip pans/tilts.
