Can you use this to video a long exposure light painting shot? If not, what product can you use to do that?
The Accsoon SeeMo iOS/HDMI Smartphone Adapter (Black), B&H # ACSEEMOB, would not be able to capture a video of a light painting shot; generally, during a long exposure, cameras do not output the data via HDMI. To accomplish this, two cameras are used: one camera, such as a GoPro in time-lapse mode, is mounted on the hot shoe of your main camera to capture the light painting process, while the main camera takes the long exposure photo.

Does SeeMo work with Canon R7 and provide monitoring while the camera's internal monitor also works?
For Canon, isn't this for Video option only, as soon as you switch it to photo mode, the camera screen goes blank? You can't use the touchscreen to focus once a HDMI monitor is plugged in on Photo Mode. Have you figured out a solution with this device? thanks

What is the difference between this and the Accsoon SeeMo 4K HDMI Smartphone Adapter?
The main difference between the Accsoon SeeMo iOS/HDMI Smartphone Adapter (Black) and the Accsoon SeeMo 4K HDMI Smartphone Adapter (BH #ACSEEMO4K), is that the 4K version can support 4K video feeds while the other only supports 1080 up to 60P. The Accsoon SeeMo 4K HDMI Smartphone Adapter also has a built in SD card slot for recording and file transfer where as the Accsoon SeeMo iOS/HDMI Smartphone Adapter (Black) does not.

Video recorded to the I phone is cut into short clips and no file sequence in naming. Is ther a way to record full length video?
In the video settings of the App for the Accsoon SeeMo iOS/HDMI Smartphone Adapter (Black), B&H # ACSEEMOB, there is a setting called "Record File Limit Size". By default, it is set to 4GB. Once that limit is reached, it creates a new clip. The max size limit is 32GB so if you set it to 32GB, you should be able to at least have it split the recordings into less short clips.
