How do I program the control handle..? Bought this from your company, no directions in the box, scanned the QR code and there's no directions and all the YouTube videos are for different handles. Please help
I'm sorry, I misunderstood what you meant by program, you will need to pair the controller to the Tilta Wireless Control Receiver Module. To pair the controller to the receiver module press the M key and Record key on the controller at the same time to enter auto search mode. Next double click the power button on the receiver module. The indicator light will blink red. Once the remote control handle is connected, the indicator on the receiver module will turn green. Once paring is done, you will be able to control the gimbal wirelessly up to 80m.

Tilta does not offer a payload weight limit for the Tilta Basic Ring Grip Plus with Integrated Control Handle for DJI Ronin. Since it is designed for the DJI RS3 Pro Gimbal it would have a payload weight of about 10lbs, which is the payload limit of the DJI RS3 Pro gimbal.
