Authors
Patricia Woodbridge has worked extensively as a theatrical set designer for Broadway, Off-Broadway, and regional theatre. She has also designed for the opera and dance. Her set designs include the Broadway production of The Runner Stumbles and How I Got That Story. She was the production designer on the cult classic Johnny Suede and art directed Sherlock Holmes, I Am Legend, Hitch, and A Perfect Murder, among other films. She was also an art director on Saturday Night Live and on Zero Hour, an ABC television episodic drama. She is a member of United Scenic Artists Local 829.As a teacher, Patricia was an associate professor for fourteen years in the design department of New York University TISCH School of the Arts, and a professor in the production design department at Savannah College of Art and Design.Hal Tiné designed the sets for the Broadway productions of "Jerry's Girls" and "The Trip Back Down", as well as over 120 productions for Regional Theater, Off and Off-off Broadway, Regional Opera, and Ballet, and continues to be active in New York theater. He was Associate Designer for the Met Opera productions of "Ballo In Maschera", with Pavarotti, and "Le Prophete". Work for commercial television includes designs for "Good Morning America", "World News Tonight", and "SNL" as well as numerous commercials for Kraft Foods, IBM, and Pennzoil, among others. Staging and exhibition work includes The Smithsonian, The New York Historical Society, The Brooklyn Museum of Art, and The Dallas Museum of Art. Mr.Tiné taught stage design in the Design/Tech program at Purchase College and is currently teaching production design in the Production Design program at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Mr. Tiné is a member of United Scenic Artists, Local 829.
