Using this OWC TB Go Dock and Intel TB Share ...
Using this OWC TB Go Dock and Intel TB Share software, can two PC's share an external drive connected to the dock?
Never do that. That would corrupt your external drive in no time, if it were possible to connect this way, which it fortunately isn't. You can share NAS servers like a QNAP or Synology, but the same isn't possible with basic SSDs or hard drives. You can setup Thunderbolt networks by directly connecting computers together, and QNAP has some NAS solutions that allow multiple computers to be connected to it through Thunderbolt connectors used as networks (I use exactly this), but this is entirely different from the setup used to connect SSDs and hard drives. This QNAP setup also requires a bit more understanding of how networking works, so I wouldn't recommend it for the technologically challenged (it is also moderately expensive).
