The Heat Company Shell Full-Leather Mittens (Size 6-7) (B&H# HESFLM67BK) (and indeed any leather) can be made more pliable with a liberal coating of leather conditioner (which may be left on overnight in many cases, and then wiped off), or by tightly rolling and unrolling the leather many times. It is more pliable in warmer conditions, so it's better to do this indoors than outdoors -- especially in winter.
