The LB-68 Leveling Base with External Bubble Level from Sunwayfoto is a half ball head platform, providing +/-15° of leveling range capability. It locks easily and securely in position with the twist of the large butterfly handle at the base of the ball. The platform features an outside bubble level that can be read even when a tripod head is mounted.
Made of lightweight and durable aluminum with a black finish, this leveling base installs on any tripod leg set that has a standard 3/8"-16 threaded mounting stud. It features a 1/4"-20 threaded mounting tip, making it possible to mount a variety of tripod heads and other accessories. The included 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 adapter bushing stores conveniently inside the top platform.
