Missing type 2 mount

I ordered a Tilta camera handle from B&H on Monday, May 6th, aiming to receive it by May 8th, well ahead of my shoot on May 15th. Despite their promise of 2-day shipping, FedEx delayed the delivery, and I didn't receive the package until Thursday. Upon opening the box, I was pleased with the handle's quality, but it was missing the necessary parts to mount it to my R5C cage. I contacted B&H but knew from past experience that they would require a return before sending a replacement. To avoid further delays, I reached out to Tilta directly, hoping for a quicker resolution since they were only 360 miles away. Tilta quickly identified the missing parts, but the urgency ended there. They didn't ship the package until Tuesday, and I didn't receive it until Thursday, which defeated the purpose of ordering the handle early. 񙠍♂️
