Easily switch your Ronin-S or a similar gimbal to a baseplate mount using the LWS Baseplate Adapter Type II from Tilta and the separately available Modular 15mm LWS Baseplate Type II. The plate has an Arca-type receiver on its top for your gimbal and a Manfrotto-type bottom for mounting on the Modular Baseplate. This black aluminum adapter's Arca-type receiver is detachable, enabling you to mount a cage or camera rig directly onto your Modular Baseplate using two 1/4"-20 screws.

No, the Tilta LWS Baseplate Adapter Type II (Black) is incompatible with the Tiltaing 15mm LWS Baseplate Type IV (Black). The LWS Baseplate Adapter Type II can be used or Tilta Manfrotto receiver base plates.
