Powered by rechargeable batteries that charge surprisingly quickly, the CL28R emits up to 2000 lumens of light, with variable brightness adjustment. The color of the light is also adjustable, from a warm 2700K to a cool 6000K. There is a red setting for performing tasks without disrupting night-acclimated vision, and a flashing red setting for signaling. The total 10,000mAh of battery capacity can be shared with devices like smartphones, with USB-C and USB-A ports to plug them in. The lantern's handle is magnetized for hands-free use and features a tripod mount.
