Sigma 23mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary Reviews

The Sigma 23mm 1.4 is at the top of my list of outstanding aps-c lenses. It is my favorite focal length for general photography. If I had a chance to change one thing on the lens, it would be to have an aperture ring. Other than that it is very near perfect.
A great, versatile lens with superb quality

I've been using Fuji XF 35mm f2 for mostly but I've been wanting a little wider angle lens for some time. Then, XF 35mm are now unavailable for both f2 and f1.4, so I looked at Sigma. Since I love Sigma 30mm f1.4 DC DN very much, I decided to get this one. It turned out to be a great decision. The pictures turn out so clear and beautiful. The angle is great, not as wide as 16mm, but wide enough to capture a lot of scenery, and the whole body of my dog easily. The only concern was its weight, a bit heavier than I'm used to on my small T30II. But once I started using it, I didn't find the weight a problem at all. It's not WR, but I don't take pictures when it rains.
I highly recommend it.

is this lens weather sealed?
Asked by: 4k
The Sigma 23mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens is not fully weather-sealed. While it offers some dust and splash protection, it does not provide comprehensive weather sealing. This means it can handle light exposure to the elements but may not be suitable for use in more extreme weather conditions.
