Can the top clamp be rotated by 90 degree on the pan axis? And then locked somehow?
Yes, The Kondor tilt NATO monitor mount can also be pivoted 90° to accommodate direct mounting. I'm also sure the screws on either side of the mount can be tightened so it does not move. But, it does not lock.
