iFi audio GND Defender

The GND Defender from iFi audio is a ground hum eliminator for audio equipment. Unwanted ground loops in a system can cause an annoying low-frequency hum emitted from the speakers. Many solutions to this issue can jeopardize the safety and EMI shielding of equipment by interfering with the ground. The GND Defender connects directly to the IEC power input and intelligently detects and removes the ground loop at the component while retaining EMI shielding, eliminating the hum without compromising equipment safety. The GND Defender is compatible with equipment using standard 3-prong IEC power connections.
