Great sound lousy remote

I struggled for months trying to hear my outdoor tv over the noise of fans and my AC condenser. I first bought a soundbar and subwoofer from Walmart. Even turned to max volume they weren't enough. I decided to ask AI for a recommendation where I learned outdoor specific soundbars are built to project sound forward as opposed to indoor where they are designed to bounce the sound off walls. I got the suggestions and decided on this unit. What a game changer! You can immediately tell the difference in construction and that its built to keep dust and moisture out of the internals. Sound is superb and I rarely have to go past 10. Im thinking of adding a sub if available to give me more bottom end. The remote is completely trash though. The volume button specifically is often unresponsive no matter how hard or how many times you press it. Luckily, there are side mounted controls on the unit which I used in the beginning until I bought a battery for the remote. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Absolutely a terrible product. Have been trying to work with Furrion customer service on a defective remote control and no progress.

Yes, the Furrion Aurora 70W 2.1-Channel Outdoor Soundbar with Built-In Subwoofer (B&H # FUFSBNN30MST) can mount directly to Furrion TVs with the Peerless-AV Universal Sound Bar Mounting Kit for up to 80" Displays (B&H # PEACSBR2), or something similar.
