Advanced Timecode and Sync Technology
The Lockit+ is the flagship of the Lockit family, providing both highly accurate, state-of-the-art timecode and sync technology and advanced metadata options for improving your on-set and post-production workflow.
Modular Design
The modular Lockit+ is designed to work with different extensions to suit various situations on set or in the studio. The included Standard Extension enables you to use the Lockit+ for both cart-based and in-the-field sound bag use. Additional extensions are planned for future release.
Standard Extension
When added to the Lockit+, the Standard Extension provides a total of the following connectors:
- Two blue timecode/ACN
- One yellow timecode/sync
- One USB-A for the optional frequency scanning antenna
- One USB-C for power/camera metadata
- One USB-C for a future Midi timecode feature
- One 4-pin Hirose power
Integrated Wi-Fi
- The integrated ACN network is based on a 2.4 GHz frequency band.
- ACN provides 16 freely selectable channels.
Optional Frequency Scanning
- Plug the separately available antenna into the Lockit+'s USB-A port to perform a full-frequency scan.
- The web interface provides suggestions for available frequencies for your transmitters and receivers.
- Plug-and-play frequency scanning is accessed through the Radio Wizard" tab in the Lockit+ web interface.
- The frequency range can be freely selected between 100 and 1500 MHz.
Lens Metadata
- The Lockit+ provides frame-accurate storage of key Cooke /i lens metadata in an open file format (supported protocol: Cooke /i3).
- Record lens data on the internal web server or connect a USB-C stick for recording.
- Live lens data is also available via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Sound Devices 6/7 Remote Control
Remote control for Sound Devices series 6 and 7 audio recorders is available using the Lockit+ web interface.
OLED Screen
The built-in OLED screen enables you to easily see timecode, remaining battery, channel status, and more.
Power Options
- Power the Lockit+ using the two included BX1 lithium-ion batteries for up to four hours.
- Use the USB-C or 4-pin Hirose port to input 6-24VDC.
