I use this cable to connect my Mac to a NEC PA302W 30" monitor. This monitor works best using minidisplayport or displayport cables. This cable works perfectly and reasonably priced.

I need to connect my Laptop's mini display port to the USB Type C port on my display. Will the cable work?
