The Auto-tracking works really well once you dial in the right settings. My main dislike is there is no manual for the auto-tracking software so you're really on your own to experiment and find the ideal settings for your situation through trial and error (the fixed-tilt movement lock was key). We're using a single CRN-500 in a church setting to cover both a wide static shot of the stage, and a zoomed and tracked shot on the sermon/speaker.
