They satisfy the equivalent JIS T-8141 Japan standard. They are imported from Japan, where they are the standard eclipse equipment for school kids. Compared to everything else, I found them extremely clear. Many filters and paper eclipse gear are made with eclipse film from a German company called Baader. But I found them to be fuzzy and give all kind of haloes.

The MrStarGuy Professional Solar Glasses can be held by hand, or you can attach bands to hold them to your face. It is meant for temporary use only.
