Does Wooden Camera or anyone else make a standard Manfrotto plate that can be used with this, instead of the Arca it includes?
No, I don't believe we have an FX3 or FX30 cage like the Wooden Camera Half Cage for Sony FX3/FX30 that has a Manfrotto base plate. The issue is that there are far more configurations for Manfrotto camera plates, so they tend to be less universal compared to Arca-Type, so most manufacturers use Arca-type. A work around if your tripod uses Manfrotto plates would be to get a Arca-Type base plate to mount to your Manfrotto plate, so that your tripod always has an Arca-type quick release on it. The SmallRig Arca-Type Quick Release Baseplate (BH #SM2143B) works well with most cages.
