The 5C, which became popular with mix engineers in the 1970s and '80s, was used as a real-world-speaker reference in the recording studio.

This active version of the 5C incorporates the same amp design from the A2-30 amp, without making the cabinet any larger, yet preserving the sonic characteristics that have made the 5C so trusted with industry professionals.
