Fits the Sony A7R IV like a glove. Manufacturing quality is excellent. It's my first L-bracket after 25 years of shooting with a flat quick-release plate ... I like it a lot. The lip on the front edge prevents the rig from twisting on the tripod under load, which is a problem I had begun to have with my old flat plate, especially with longer lenses. Also, the camera is better balanced when used in the vertical (portrait) position with the L-bracket. Thanks also to B&H for their video chat option. I previously received a different L-bracket as a gift that also was designed specifically for the A7R IV. Different manufacturer (Haoge), different retailer (Amazon), same price. It was high-enough quality but did not fit perfectly, would not sit flat on the bottom of the camera, and it got returned. The B&H sales staff assured me on camera 150 miles away that this bracket fits perfectly, and that I could make the purchase confidently. They did the same thing for me with a $2,300 purchase a while back, and it was nice that they also would get on the webcam and help me with a $50 purchase.
