The commercial depicts a man mowing the lawn and talking on the headset, while maintaining call quality. When I bought the unit guess what I did... I mowed the lawn while talking a colleague and to my amazement, my colleague said he did NOT hear the mower. I also vacuumed the home many times while speaking to clients so with perfect quality. The headset is amazing. So why the 3-star?? Well the headset broke just under a year. The mic is losing connection. I will be attempting a manufacturers warranty claim as it's just under one year and the manufacturer provides a one year warranty. If they do repair or place I would for sure give it a five star.
